What this workflow does
This workflow finds missing receipts for one supplier in Gmail, matches them to Pleo expenses, and attaches each PDF to the correct transaction. It uses the supplier, exact amount, currency, and transaction date shown in Pleo to identify a match.
Without it, you would open each Pleo errand, search Gmail, download the receipt, and upload the file by hand. The workflow performs that browser work for every currently listed transaction from the requested supplier. It attaches receipts only and leaves categories, comments, approvals, and other expense fields unchanged.
After each upload, it checks that the transaction has disappeared from Pleo’s to-do list. At the end, you get a report of completed transactions and any items it skipped or could not complete, including the reason.
How it works, step by step
You provide the supplier, then Incredible follows the recorded process across Pleo, Gmail, supplier receipt pages, and downloaded files. The numbered steps below show the exact browser process, including the matching and completion checks.

- 3Download each receipt PDF. Downloads the matched receipt PDF from its email, following the supplier’s receipt link and signing in when necessary.
- 4Attach receipts to Pleo. Opens the exact Pleo transaction and uploads its matching PDF through the required receipt area without changing any other expense details.
- 5Confirm the errands disappeared. Checks Pleo after every upload to ensure the completed transaction leaves the errands list, then reports any receipts that could not be matched.
Every run follows these steps in order. If a step cannot be completed, the run stops and tells you what happened instead of guessing.
