AI for Sage X3
Incredible is a voice-first assistant for Mac and Windows that does the everyday work people do inside Sage X3: entering orders, posting invoices, adjusting stock, and running queries. You hold a key, say what you need, and it acts on your screen, asking for approval before anything changes.

In short
- Voice control for the order entry, invoicing, and stock work in Sage X3
- Works across the companies, sites, and currencies X3 runs in one instance
- Handles screens and one-off steps that were never wired to an interface
- Record a repetitive task once; it repeats the steps and survives most upgrades
- Asks for approval before each change and keeps an audit trail
What you can say
“Create a sales order in Sage X3 for customer FR014, 20 cases of product PA-500, ship from Lyon.”
Incredible opens the sales order function, fills the customer, product, quantity, and site, and pauses for you to confirm before it saves.
“What’s on hand for product PA-500 at each site?”
It reads the stock by site and reads the quantities back to you.
“Raise a purchase order to supplier SUP220 for the components on work order WO-3310.”
It drafts the purchase order with supplier, items, and quantities, and holds it for your review.
“Post yesterday’s customer invoices and print them.”
It generates the invoices and waits for your approval before posting and printing.
“Show the open receivables for customer FR014 by due date.”
It runs the aged receivables query and reads the balance by bucket.
“Enter a stock adjustment for PA-500, minus 12 at the Lyon warehouse.”
It opens the adjustment, fills the item, quantity, and reason, and confirms with you first.
“Release work order WO-3310 to production.”
It changes the order status after you approve.
“Export the month-end trial balance for the French entity to Excel.”
It runs the report and saves the file where you asked.
How it works
- Hold the key and say what you need in plain words, like "post yesterday’s invoices in Sage X3." Incredible turns that into the steps to carry out.
- Where Sage X3 exposes web services, Incredible can use them. Where a task is only on screen, it works the screen, keyboard, and mouse the same way your team does.
- For tasks you repeat, record yourself doing it once while you talk through it. Incredible learns the steps, so an X3 update that moves a field doesn’t break the recording.
- Before anything changes, Incredible shows you what it’s about to do and waits for your approval. Every action is kept in an audit trail you can review.
Incredible vs Sage X3’s own AI
| Incredible | Sage X3 on its own | |
|---|---|---|
| Entering orders and invoices | Speak them; Incredible fills the function screens | Keyed field by field by hand |
| Function-code navigation | Ask in plain words, no codes to recall | Users navigate by function codes and menus |
| Steps with no integration wired up | Handled by controlling the screen | Left as manual work |
| Repetitive tasks | Recorded once, then repeated on request | Repeated by hand each time |
| Approval and audit | Asks before each change, keeps a trail | Depends on user rights and manual care |
| Your other tools | Same voice across 3,000+ apps | Scoped to what X3 covers |
Does Incredible replace Sage X3’s own APIs and web services?
No, and it does not need to. Sage X3, which grew out of the French Adonix product, has web services and integration options, and where you have a bulk sync or an automated feed set up, that route is more robust and you should keep it. Incredible is for the human screen work: the orders, adjustments, queries, and postings that people still do by hand in the function screens every day.
It also covers the gaps, the older screens and one-off steps that were never wired into an interface. For those, Incredible reads the screen and works the keyboard the same way your team does.
How does it handle the repetitive entry across sites and currencies?
You record a task once while you talk through it, and Incredible learns the steps. Because X3 runs many companies, sites, and currencies in one instance, the same recorded task can be pointed at the right entity when you ask, so month-end entry or a batch of orders runs the same way each time.
It learns the steps rather than fixed screen positions, so a Sage X3 upgrade that moves a field does not break the recording.
Is it safe to let it post in Sage X3?
Before anything that changes data, Incredible shows you what it will do and waits for your approval. It runs under your own X3 login, so it is limited to what that user may already do, across whichever legislation and entity you are signed in to. Every action is kept in an audit trail.
Your localizations, tax rules, and approval workflows in X3 stay in place. Incredible works within them rather than around them.
Questions, answered
Does Incredible replace Sage X3?
No. X3 stays your system of record. Incredible automates the day-to-day screen work people do inside it, so the ERP keeps running as it is.
Is Incredible an official Sage product?
No. There is no partnership, integration, or endorsement from Sage. Incredible is an independent assistant that works your existing X3 screens.
Does it work across our different countries and entities?
Yes. It works whichever company, site, and legislation you are signed in to, since it acts on the screen you are using rather than a single fixed setup.
Which platforms does it run on?
Mac and Windows. The same voice control works across 3,000+ apps, so it is not limited to X3.
Does it use offline AI on my machine?
No. Incredible uses cloud AI models to understand what you ask. The action inside X3 happens on your screen, and any change waits for your approval.
Will an X3 upgrade break it?
Recorded tasks follow the steps you took, not fixed screen positions, so most upgrades do not break them. If a screen changes a lot, you re-record the task quickly.
