Incredible

Incredible vs Microsoft Copilot

Copilot is at its best inside Word, Excel, and Teams. Incredible works across the apps you already use, including the ones outside Microsoft 365, and it does the work with your okay.

The short version

If your day lives entirely inside Microsoft 365, Copilot is the natural fit and it is free to start. If you work across Gmail, Slack, Notion, your CRM, and dozens of other tools, Incredible is built for that: it acts in those apps by voice, on Mac and Windows, and asks before anything consequential.

Who each one is for

Choose Incredible if

  • Your work spans many apps, not just Microsoft 365.
  • You want to talk to it and have it act, hands-free.
  • Your team is on a mix of Mac and Windows.
  • You want an approval and an audit trail on every action.

Choose Microsoft Copilot if

  • Your work lives almost entirely in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • You are standardized on Microsoft 365 and want the deepest native fit.
  • You want something already built into Windows at no extra cost.

Inside Microsoft 365, Copilot is genuinely unmatched. It is woven into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams in a way nothing else can copy, and it is free to start. But most work does not stay inside Microsoft 365. Incredible acts across Gmail, Slack, Notion, your CRM, and 3,000+ other apps, by voice, on Mac and Windows. Many teams run both: Copilot inside Office, Incredible everywhere else.

More that sets Incredible apart

Beyond the table, a few things Incredible is built to do.

Workflow recordings

Teach it a repeated task once. Turn on recording, do the task while you talk through it, and it learns the steps, not the pixels, so a moved button or a new screen does not break it. A favorite with the teams we work with.

It watches your apps

Ask it to keep an eye on things, and it tells you when something happens, like a PDF arriving from a specific customer, so you do not have to keep checking.

Remembers how you work

It picks up your preferences and the way you like things done, and gets more useful over time as it learns your work.

Skills it can use

It knows how to do common jobs out of the box, and picks up new skills as your team teaches it.

Easy for everyone

If you can say what you need, you can use it. No setup project and no scripting, built for the whole team, not just technical people or early adopters.

Questions, answered

Can Microsoft Copilot take actions in Slack or Notion?

As of mid-2026, Copilot can read and search connected apps like Slack, Notion, and Salesforce, but Microsoft’s own documentation says those connectors are read-only and cannot write back. Taking actions there requires building a custom agent. Incredible acts in those apps directly.

Does Incredible work on Windows like Copilot?

Yes. Incredible runs on Windows 10 or later and macOS 13 or later. Copilot’s strongest agent features and its “Hey Copilot” wake word are Windows-first, while its Mac app offers voice chat only.

Is Incredible free like Copilot?

Incredible is free to try in an invite-only beta. Copilot has a free chat tier, and its business plans are paid add-ons on top of a Microsoft 365 license.
