Incredible

Incredible for finance

Incredible is a voice-first assistant that does a finance team’s desk work. You hold a key and say what you need, and it extends the forecast, builds the board report, briefs the cash position, and tells you when a number crosses a line, in the sheets and systems you already use. It runs on your own Mac or PC and asks before it sends or changes anything.

The parts of the finance day nobody wants

Still rebuilding the board deck’s numbers by hand?

Every month the actuals come out of QuickBooks or SAP, get pasted into the model, and reformatted into something the board can read. Say what you need and Incredible pulls the numbers, updates the model, and builds the report with charts. It works in your sheet, so the formulas you trust stay put.

The report the board reads, built from the sheet you already have.

A clean budget is not a board report; someone still has to lay it out, add the charts, and make it presentable. Hand Incredible the sheet and say what you want, and it turns the numbers into a board-ready report with the charts drawn for you. You get back a finished PDF, ready for the deck.

When a number quietly crosses a line and nobody notices until month-end.

Runway slips under six months, spend runs past budget, and the first anyone hears of it is the monthly review. Tell Incredible the line to keep an eye on, and it checks the sheet quietly and tells you the moment the number crosses it. You hear about it while there is still time to act.

How long does the Friday cash update actually take?

Longer than it should, once you have opened three sheets and the bank export and pulled it into one view. Ask for the cash position and Incredible reads it back from your sheets on the spot, or briefs you every Friday at four without being asked twice. The number comes to you, not the other way around.

Just say it

Add a Q3 column to this forecast and make it readable.

Column added, formatted.

Turn this budget into a board-ready report with charts.

Charts and all.

Every Friday at four, brief me on this week’s cash position.

A weekly read-out.

You get told when it does.

Pull this quarter’s actuals from QuickBooks into the budget sheet.

Overruns flagged.

Draft the board update from these numbers and hold it for me.

    The model extended, still readable.

  3. 11:00

    Actuals in, variance recalculated.

  4. 13:30

Build the board report from this budget and add the charts.

    A board-ready PDF, charts drawn.

  5. 15:00

Draft the investor update from this quarter’s numbers and hold it.

A draft you approve before it sends.

  6. 17:00

Tell me when spend in the marketing budget runs over plan.

A ping the moment it crosses.

Questions, answered

Will it change a figure in my model without me seeing it?

No. For anything consequential it shows you the change first, so you approve the edit before it lands. You can see the steps it took afterward, and it runs on your own machine.

Does it make up numbers?

No. It reads the figures from your sheets and connected apps like QuickBooks, and reports exactly those. If a number is not there, it tells you rather than filling the gap.

Does it work with Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks?

Yes. It extends models, builds reports, and pulls actuals across your spreadsheets and QuickBooks, and works across 3,000+ other apps, so Snowflake, SAP, and Slack are part of the same request.

Can it tell me when a number crosses a line, without me keeping an eye on it?

Yes. Tell it the line, like runway under six months or spend over budget, and it checks the sheet quietly and tells you when the number crosses it. It is not an always-on autopilot; it does the specific thing you asked and then it is done.
