Incredible

Incredible for founders and execs

Incredible is a voice-first assistant for founders and executives that runs on your own Mac or PC. You hold a key and say what you need, and it briefs you on your day, preps you for meetings, writes up the recaps, and handles the desk work across your apps, asking before it sends, changes, or deletes anything.

The parts of the founders & execs day nobody wants

Rebuilding the state of your day, every morning?

Your day is spread across your calendar, your inbox, and three message apps. Incredible reads all of them and gives you the short version out loud, about 90 seconds, before your first call. You start knowing what changed overnight and the one thing that needs you first.

Back-to-back meetings with no time to prep?

Say what is next and Incredible pulls the last thread, the open items, and who is in the room, so you walk in ready. Ask about tomorrow and it reads your calendar with the prep for each meeting, the night before.

The recap and the follow-ups still land on you after every call.

Incredible transcribes the meeting quietly, summarizes it, and drafts the follow-up with the action items. The recap and next steps are ready when the meeting ends, and the email waits for your okay before it sends.

Still the one doing the small stuff?

One spoken request can log a call in your CRM, draft the investor reply, post the update in Slack, and set the reminder. Incredible does the desk work the way you would, and asks before anything it sends, changes, or deletes.

Just say it

Give me my morning brief.

Calendar, inbox, messages, out loud.

What is on my calendar tomorrow, and what should I prepare?

The day, and the prep.

Summarize this meeting and send the action items to the team.

Recap sent.

Draft a reply to the investor and show it to me before it sends.

Draft ready to review.

Remind me an hour before the board meeting, with a one-minute brief.

Set. The brief lands an hour out.

Tell me when the signed term sheet lands from legal.

You hear the moment it arrives.

Pull the open questions from the board deck comments into a list.

What still needs a decision.

Log the investor call in HubSpot with the next steps.

Logged, next steps attached.

A day with Incredible

From the morning brief to the last thing off your plate.

  1. 7:30

Before the first call, give me the overnight version of my day.

Calendar, inbox, and Slack, in a 90-second read-out.

  2. 9:00

What should I know before the Vertex call?

The last thread, the open items, and who is in the room.

  3. 12:30

Write up that meeting and draft the follow-ups.

The recap and action items, ready for your okay.

  4. 15:00

Reply to the investor, and hold it for me to read.

A draft you approve before it sends.

  5. 17:30

Who am I still on the hook to answer today?

The threads you owe a reply, from inbox and Slack.

  6. 18:00

Tell me when the signed term sheet lands.

A ping the moment it arrives.

A person notices the thing you never asked about and acts before you do. Incredible waits to be asked. It takes the busywork you hand it, not the judgment.

Questions, answered

Is this a replacement for my executive assistant?

No. It handles the desk work an assistant does, like the morning brief, meeting notes, follow-ups, and cross-app tasks, faster and across more apps. It does not read the room, manage people, or make the calls a person makes. You delegate the busywork by voice and keep the human parts of the job.

Does it act on its own without me?

It works when you ask, and it can tell you when something happens, like a reply landing or a document arriving. It is not an always-on autopilot. You stay in control, and it asks before it sends, changes, or deletes anything.

Can it really prep me for a meeting?

Yes. Ask what is next and it pulls the last thread, the open items, and who is on the call. Ask about tomorrow and it reads your calendar with the prep for each meeting. When the meeting ends, it writes the recap and drafts the follow-up.

Which apps does it work with?

Incredible works across 3,000+ apps you already use, connected in a click, plus your files and the web. For founders and execs that usually means your calendar, Gmail or Outlook, Slack, Notion, and your CRM.

How do I get it?

Incredible runs on macOS 13 or later and Windows 10 or later, and it is in an invite-only beta. You download it and unlock it with an invite code from a teammate or from our socials.
