Incredible

Incredible for accounting

Incredible is a voice-first assistant that does an accountant’s desk work. You hold a key and say what you need, and it reconciles the payouts against the bank, pulls the invoices into a sheet, builds the expense report, and sets the recurring payroll reminder, in the tools you already use. It runs on your own Mac or PC, does not file your taxes or make the accounting calls, and holds anything consequential for your okay.

The parts of the accounting day nobody wants

Still matching payouts to the bank line by line?

The Stripe payouts sit in one export and the bank in another, and reconciling means eyeballing two columns for the row that does not line up. Say reconcile and Incredible matches them, flags the gaps, and shows you the ones that need a human. You check the flags instead of the whole sheet.

The invoice list, pulled together without the copy-paste.

Month-end starts with every invoice in one place, which usually means exporting QuickBooks and pasting it into a sheet by hand. Ask, and Incredible pulls this month’s invoices from QuickBooks or Xero into a sheet for you. You open it already sorted, not half-built.

When the expense notes arrive as a shoebox of receipts.

Turning loose notes into a report someone will sign off eats an afternoon of formatting. Say the word and Incredible lays them out as a proper expense report and hands back a PDF. You read it before it goes anywhere.

Who remembers to run payroll on the 25th?

The date that cannot slip is the one easiest to lose in a busy week. Tell Incredible to remind you to run payroll on the 25th, every month, and it does, on schedule. It reminds you to run it; you still run it.

Just say it

Reconcile the Stripe payouts against the bank column and flag any gaps.

A bookkeeper knows how a cost should be treated and catches the entry that is technically right but wrong for your books. Incredible does not make that call. It clears the reconciling and the pulling so there is more room for the judgment.

Questions, answered

Does it file my taxes or close the books?

No. Incredible does the data work around them: it reconciles payouts, pulls invoices, and builds the reports. It does not file returns or make the accounting judgments, and it holds anything consequential for your okay.

Will it change a figure in QuickBooks without me seeing it?

No. For anything that writes back it shows you the change first, so you approve it before it lands. You can see the steps it took afterward, and it runs on your own machine.

Does it make up numbers?

No. It reads the figures from your sheets and connected apps like Stripe and QuickBooks, and reports exactly those. If an amount is not there, it tells you rather than filling the gap.

Does it work with QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe?

Yes. It pulls invoices, reconciles payouts, and reads balances across QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe, and works across 3,000+ other apps, so your sheets, SAP, and Slack are part of the same request.

How do I get it?

Incredible runs on macOS 13 or later and Windows 10 or later, and it is in an invite-only beta. You download it and unlock it with an invite code from a teammate or from our socials.
