AI for Slack, by voice
Incredible is a voice-first AI assistant for Mac and Windows that runs your Slack by voice: say a message and it posts it to the right channel with your okay, catch up on what you missed out loud, and hear the moment an important message arrives, across Slack and 3,000+ other apps.

In short
- Send Slack messages and replies by saying them, hands-free.
- Catch up on a channel or thread out loud, without scrolling.
- Get pinged the moment a specific person or channel needs you.
- Nothing posts until you approve it; Slack stays scoped to your account.
What you can say
“Tell the design channel the new flow is approved.”
Approved. Sent to #design.
“Catch me up on what I missed in engineering.”
Three threads. Here is the gist.
“Reply to Priya and say I will have it by Friday.”
Reply ready. Send it?
“Tell me when someone messages me in the launch channel.”
Watching #launch for you.
“Send a message to the whole team that the demo moved to three.”
Draft ready. Post it?
“Remind me to reply to that Slack thread after lunch.”
Reminder set for 1pm
“DM Sam the summary from this meeting.”
Summary drafted. Send to Sam?
“What did I miss in my DMs today?”
Four DMs. Two need a reply.
How it works
- Hold the key and say the message or the catch-up you want.
- Incredible finds the right channel, thread, or person in Slack.
- It drafts the message or gathers what you missed, and shows you before it posts.
- You approve, and it sends; every action is written to an audit trail.
Incredible vs Slack’s own AI
| Incredible | Slack AI | |
|---|---|---|
| How you use it | By voice, hands-free | Typing inside Slack |
| Sending messages | Say it, it posts with your okay | Slackbot can draft; you post it |
| Catching up | Read to you out loud | Written channel summaries |
| Across your other apps | Yes, 3,000+ apps in one request | Slack only |
| Where it runs | On your Mac or PC | Inside Slack |
What can Incredible do in Slack?
It sends your Slack messages and catches you up, all from a spoken request. You say the message and it posts to the right channel, or you ask what you missed and it reads you the short version.
Because it also works across your other apps, one request can move from Slack to elsewhere: post the update, then set the reminder, then send the email, without switching windows.
Is it safe to let it post to Slack?
Yes, because it shows you the message and waits for your okay before it posts. Incredible drafts the message and previews it; nothing lands in a channel until you approve it.
Your Slack connection is scoped to your account, and you can disconnect it in one click. The intelligence runs in the cloud, so it needs an internet connection; it is not an offline tool.
Questions, answered
Can I send a Slack message by voice on desktop?
Yes. Slack has no built-in desktop voice composer. With Incredible you say the message, it drafts it and shows you a preview, and it posts to the right channel after you approve it.
Can it catch me up on a channel I missed?
Yes. Ask what you missed in a channel or your DMs, and Incredible reads you the short version out loud so you do not have to scroll.
How is this different from Slack AI?
Slack AI summarizes and helps you write inside Slack, and you still type. Incredible lets you run Slack by voice and carries the same request across your other apps, like sending an email or setting a reminder in the same breath.
Can I get notified when an important Slack message arrives?
Yes. Tell Incredible who or which channel to watch, and it checks quietly and tells you the moment a message you care about lands.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Incredible runs on both macOS 13 or later and Windows 10 or later, and works with Slack on both.
Does it post as me in Slack?
Yes. Incredible connects to your Slack account with the permissions you approve and posts as you, after you approve each message. It stays scoped to that account, and you can disconnect it in one click.
