Incredible

Incredible for compliance

Incredible is a voice-first assistant for compliance that runs on your own Mac or PC. You hold a key and say what you need, and it turns audit notes into a filed report, tells you when a value or a row you named changes, sets the recurring filing reminders, and keeps a record of every action it takes. It is not an always-on monitor that enforces rules on its own; it does the thing you asked, tells you when something you named changes, and leaves a record behind.

The parts of the compliance day nobody wants

The audit notes, filed as a report instead of a text file.

The notes from a review are scattered across a doc and a chat. Ask, and Incredible shapes them into the filed report and saves it where your records live, dated and in order. You approve it before it is filed.

When a row in the vendor-risk sheet changes and no one is looking.

A new vendor gets added or a risk rating moves, and the first anyone hears of it is the next review. Tell Incredible to tell you when a row in the sheet changes, and it checks quietly and tells you when it does. It reports the change; it does not decide what to do about it.

Which policy clause actually applies here?

Citing the right rule means finding it first, which usually means digging through Confluence or a PDF. Ask Incredible to remember your data-retention or access policy, and it cites the exact clause when you check a draft against it. The citation comes from the policy you gave it, not from guesswork.

Still keeping the audit trail by hand?

Writing down who did what and when is the part that slips when the day gets busy. Incredible keeps a record of every action it takes for you, step by step, so the trail is there when an auditor asks. You can see exactly what it did and when.

Just say it

Questions, answered

Does it monitor compliance on its own?

No. Incredible is not an always-on monitor that enforces rules by itself. You can tell it to tell you when a value or a row you named changes, and it will, but it reports the change and leaves the decision to you. It does the thing you ask and keeps a record of every step.

Is the audit trail real?

Yes. Incredible keeps a record of every action it takes, step by step, so you can see exactly what it did and when. It asks before anything consequential, and it runs on your own machine, scoped to the accounts you connect.

Where does it get the policy it cites?

From you. Tell it your retention, access, or returns policy, or point it at the doc, and ask it to remember. From then on it cites the exact clause when you check a draft, so the citation comes from your policy, not a guess.

Does it work with Notion, Confluence, and your sheets?

Yes. It files reports to Drive, cites policies from Notion or Confluence, and gets told when a row in a Google Sheet or Excel file changes. It works across 3,000+ other apps too, so Slack and your record store are part of the same request.

How do I get it?

Incredible runs on macOS 13 or later and Windows 10 or later, and it is in an invite-only beta. You download it and unlock it with an invite code from a teammate or from our socials.
