AI for Salesforce
Incredible is a voice-first AI assistant for Mac and Windows that works on top of Salesforce and the other 3,000+ apps your team already uses. Hold a key, say what you need, and it does the task: updating an opportunity, logging a call, pulling up a pipeline, or creating a follow-up. Salesforce has its own AI in Einstein and Agentforce, which is strong at scoring and in-CRM agents. Incredible is different because it acts by voice, reaches across Salesforce, your inbox, your calendar, and your spreadsheets in one request, and asks for your approval before it saves, sends, or deletes anything.

In short
- Update opportunities, contacts, and tasks in Salesforce by voice, without clicking through fields.
- Handle Salesforce plus your email, calendar, and spreadsheets in one spoken request.
- Asks for approval before it saves a record, changes a stage, or sends an email.
- Keeps an audit trail of every change so you can see exactly what happened.
- Can watch Salesforce and tell you when a deal stalls or a new lead lands.
What you can say
“Log a call on the Acme opportunity and note they want a demo next week.”
Adds the call to the Acme record and drafts a follow-up task for the demo.
“Move the Meridian deal to Negotiation and set the close date to end of month.”
Updates the stage and close date after you confirm the change.
“Who are my open opportunities over fifty thousand closing this quarter?”
Reads the list back to you from Salesforce, no report builder needed.
“Create a lead for the person who just emailed me about pricing.”
Pulls the contact from your inbox and creates the lead for your approval.
“Add a task to follow up with every contact I met at the conference.”
Creates the tasks and shows you the list before saving.
“Update the Contoso account with their new headquarters address.”
Edits the account field and asks you to confirm before saving.
“What changed on the Globex deal since last week?”
Summarizes the recent activity and field changes on the record.
“Log this meeting note against the Initech account and cc my manager.”
Writes the note to Salesforce and drafts the email for your review.
How it works
- Hold your activation key and say what you want done in Salesforce, in plain words.
- Incredible reads the relevant records, prepares the change, and shows you what it will do.
- You approve anything that saves, sends, or deletes; nothing commits on its own.
- It finishes the task in Salesforce and any other app involved, then logs what it did.
Incredible vs Salesforce’s own AI
| Incredible | Einstein / Agentforce | |
|---|---|---|
| Voice-first | Yes, hold a key and speak | Type prompts in Salesforce |
| Scope | Salesforce plus 3,000+ apps | Deep inside Salesforce data |
| Runs | On your Mac or Windows | In the Salesforce cloud |
| Before it changes data | Asks approval every time | Depends on how agents are built |
| Best at | Cross-app tasks by voice | CRM predictions and in-app agents |
| Audit trail | Every action logged locally | Logged in Salesforce |
Can Incredible update Salesforce, or does it just give advice?
It updates Salesforce. When you say to move a deal, log a call, or create a task, Incredible prepares the change against the real record and, once you approve, writes it back. It is built to do the task, not to hand you steps to do yourself.
Because it also reaches your other apps, a single request can span Salesforce and your inbox at once. You can ask it to create a lead from an email that just arrived, then draft the reply, all without switching windows.
How is this different from Einstein and Agentforce?
Einstein and Agentforce live inside Salesforce and are good at what they do there: lead and opportunity scoring, in-CRM agents, and predictions trained on your Salesforce data. If your work stays in the CRM, they are strong.
Incredible sits outside any one app. It is voice-first, runs on your own Mac or Windows, and treats Salesforce as one of 3,000+ apps it can act in. The two can coexist: keep Einstein for scoring, use Incredible when a task crosses from Salesforce into email, calendar, or a spreadsheet.
Will it change my Salesforce data without asking?
No. Anything that saves a record, changes a stage, deletes data, or sends a message waits for your explicit approval. You see exactly what it plans to do before it happens.
Every action is written to a local audit trail, so you can review what changed, when, and in which app. Read-only requests, like reading back your open opportunities, run without a prompt because they change nothing.
Questions, answered
Does Incredible work with my Salesforce edition?
It works with standard Salesforce access through your connected account. You use the permissions you already have; Incredible does not grant itself anything beyond what your login allows.
Do I need to be a Salesforce admin?
No. You can update records and run tasks with your normal user access. Admin setup is not required to get started.
Can it work across Salesforce and my email in one request?
Yes. That is the point. You can pull a contact from your inbox, create the lead in Salesforce, and draft a reply, all in one spoken request.
What happens before it sends an email or saves a record?
It shows you the draft or the change and waits for your yes. Nothing that sends, saves, or deletes goes through without your approval.
Does Incredible replace Einstein or Agentforce?
No. Einstein and Agentforce stay strong for scoring and in-CRM agents. Incredible adds voice control and cross-app tasks on top of the CRM you already run.
Does it run on both Mac and Windows?
Yes. Incredible runs on both Mac and Windows and uses cloud AI models to understand what you ask.
