AI for SAP, by voice
SAP is the on-premise ERP most large enterprises run their finance, supply chain, and manufacturing on, usually through the SAP GUI and its transaction codes. Incredible sits beside SAP and does the repetitive clicking and typing for you, by voice, so creating an order or pulling a report becomes one spoken request.
Last updated July 2026
In short
- Works inside the SAP GUI you already use, from SAP ECC and R/3 to newer releases, with no plugin or connector.
- Runs screen-heavy transactions by voice: create a sales order, post a goods receipt, raise a purchase order, look up stock.
- You record a task once and Incredible repeats it, so a moved field or a new screen does not break the run.
- Asks for approval before it posts, saves, or releases anything, and keeps a record of what it did.
- Runs on Mac and Windows and works across 3,000+ apps, so SAP work can hand off to email, Excel, or Teams.
What you can say
“Create a sales order for Acme, 200 units of part 4021, standard terms.”
Filled in and ready to save. Post it?
“Post a goods receipt against purchase order 4500123.”
Lines matched. I will post on your go-ahead.
“Raise a purchase order to Meridian for 50 pallets of resin.”
Draft PO built. Want to release it?
“What is the stock of material 88190 across all plants?”
On hand by plant, read back to you.
“Enter this vendor invoice from Northwind against PO 4500311.”
Coded and matched. Approve to post?
“Pull the open sales orders for customer Bexley this month.”
12 open orders, listed with values.
“Create the material master for our new SKU using the template.”
Fields entered from the template. Review before I save?
“Run the aged receivables report and drop it into Excel.”
Report exported and cleaned up for you.
How it works
- Hold the key and say what you need in plain words, the way you would tell a colleague who knows SAP.
- Incredible works in the SAP GUI in front of you, opening the right transaction and filling the fields.
- It pauses before anything that posts, releases, or pays, and shows you what it is about to do.
- You say go, it finishes the transaction, and the step is saved to an audit trail you can review.
Incredible vs SAP’s own AI
| Incredible | SAP on its own | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting a task | Say it out loud | Recall the transaction code and menu path |
| Repetitive data entry | Recorded once, repeated on request | Typed field by field every time |
| A moved field or new screen | Follows the steps, adapts to the layout | Breaks a hard-coded script or macro |
| Learning curve | Speak the business task | Learn t-codes like VA01 and ME21N |
| Working across apps | Hands SAP data to Excel, email, Teams | Stays inside SAP |
| Record of what happened | Approval prompt and audit trail | Standard SAP logging |
Does Incredible work with SAP even without an API?
Yes, because Incredible drives the SAP GUI on screen the same way a person does, so it does not need a modern API to enter an order or run a report.
Many older SAP ECC and R/3 systems were never fitted with a clean, current API, and the interfaces that exist are often locked down by the Basis team. Incredible reads the screen and uses the keyboard and mouse, so it works with the SAP you have today. Where a supported API or the newer S/4HANA interfaces do exist, they are the more robust path for high-volume, unattended jobs, and Incredible can use those too. For the day-to-day clicking and typing a person does in the SAP GUI, driving the screen is the honest, dependable answer.
How does Incredible keep SAP changes safe?
Incredible asks for your approval before anything that posts, releases, pays, or deletes, and it never commits an SAP transaction on its own.
You see the filled-in screen before it saves. Read-only work, like looking up stock or pulling a report, runs without interruption; anything that changes SAP waits for your go-ahead. Every action is written to an audit trail, so you can see exactly which order was created or which invoice was posted, and when. Your SAP roles and authorizations still apply, because Incredible works through your own logged-in session, not around it.
How does Incredible handle repetitive SAP data entry?
You record yourself doing a task once, talking through it, and Incredible learns the steps so it can repeat the same task on request.
It learns the sequence of steps, not the exact pixel positions, so when SAP moves a field, adds a screen, or you land in a different plant, the run still works. That is the difference from a brittle screen macro that breaks the first time the layout changes. You trigger a recorded task later just by asking for it.
- Create a sales order for a customer and set of lines
- Post a batch of goods receipts against open purchase orders
- Refresh a weekly stock or receivables report into Excel
Questions, answered
Is Incredible an official SAP product?
No. There is no partnership, integration, or endorsement from SAP. Incredible is an independent assistant that works your existing SAP screens.
Does Incredible replace SAP?
No. SAP stays your system of record. Incredible automates the repetitive order entry, posting, and reporting people do inside it.
Which versions of SAP does this work with?
It works with what is on your screen, including older SAP ECC and R/3 systems accessed through the SAP GUI, as well as newer releases. Because it drives the interface rather than a specific API, it is not tied to one version.
Do we need to install anything into SAP?
No. There is no plugin, transport, or connector to add to SAP. Incredible runs as a desktop app alongside your SAP GUI and works through your normal logged-in session.
Will this help before our S/4HANA migration?
Yes. Many teams are still on ECC while planning the move to S/4HANA before the 2027 maintenance deadline, and Incredible takes the repetitive entry and lookups off people during that stretch, without changing the system.
Does it respect our SAP authorizations?
Yes. It acts inside your own SAP session, so whatever you are allowed to do, it can help with, and whatever you are blocked from, it cannot do either.
Can it move data between SAP and other tools?
Yes. Because it works across 3,000+ apps, it can take a figure or a report out of SAP and into Excel, email, or Teams, and bring information the other way too.
How does it understand what I ask for?
Incredible uses cloud AI models to turn your spoken request into the right steps in SAP, then asks for approval before any change. It is built for work, with an audit trail of what it did.
