“Book this supplier invoice in our accounting system.”
Meta Muse
- Hand Muse the login to your accounting system
- Muse opens it in its own browser, on a computer in Meta’s cloud
- Give it the invoice PDF to work from on that computer
Incredible
- Say it, with the invoice open on your screen
- Incredible works in your own browser, already signed in
- It uploads the PDF and fills in the invoice for you to approve
Why people pick Incredible for work
Talk. Don’t write prompts.
Hold the key and say it the way you would to a colleague: “reply to this and say Thursday works”. Incredible sees what is on your screen, so “this” is enough. No prompt to write, nothing to explain twice.
It works in the software you already use.
The CRM, the ERP, the supplier portal, the niche web app your team runs on. Incredible uses them in your own browser, as you, and uploads the file into the form, exactly like you would.
Muse does most of its work on a computer in Meta’s cloud, using the logins you hand to it (Meta, checked October 4, 2026).
Håkan EnhagerVP Global IT and Digital, CellMarkUsually, automating a process means writing a brief and spending months to get it running. With Incredible, our people just hit record and do the task themselves. They love it because it’s instant empowerment—they are building their own automations just by doing their jobs.
Point at the spreadsheet. Say the change.
With the Excel file, slide or PDF open, point at what you want changed and say it. No copying and pasting, no uploading files, no detailed instructions. Incredible makes the change in the file.
Show it once. Then it is the whole team’s.
Do a job once while you talk it through, and Incredible learns it. Put it on a schedule or on Autopilot, and share what it learned with your team, so anyone can run it at the press of a button.
Meta lists Muse on iPhone, Android, the web, WhatsApp and Mac, with no Windows app (checked October 4, 2026).
What customers say
Kyle RademacherOffice Manager, ProGuard Security ServicesI know exactly how I want these things done. Now I show Incredible once and it does them the same way every time. I check the output and move on to the next thing.
Adam JohnssonIT Manager, Ebit ABIt was such a mundane thing, just recalculating a receipt… And what was impressive was that he did it really fast.
Incredible and Muse, side by side
If what you want is help with errands and shopping from your phone, Muse is built for that. Incredible is for the work on your computer.
What is the difference between Incredible and Meta Muse?
Incredible is an AI you talk to that does tasks on your own computer: it clicks and types in your browser, files and apps on Mac or Windows, signed in as you. Muse is Meta’s personal agent: you message it, and it does most of its work on a dedicated cloud computer at Meta, with a Mac app that can also use your Mac’s apps.
Does Meta Muse work on Windows?
Not as a desktop app. Meta lists Muse on iPhone, Android, muse.ai, WhatsApp and a Mac app; we found no Windows app on its pages, checked October 4, 2026. Incredible runs on macOS 13 or later and Windows 10 or later.
Where do my logins go with Muse?
Muse works from what Meta calls Muse Secure VM, a cloud computer that holds the agent and your data. Logins you give it are kept in a credential store the agent cannot read. Incredible does not need your logins: it works in the browser and apps you are already signed in to on your own computer.
Can I use both?
Yes. Muse can run personal errands from your phone. Incredible does the work tasks in the apps, files and browser on your Mac or Windows PC.
