Referral questions

Who can invite friends?

Anyone on a paid Incredible plan. Your personal invite link is on the Invite friends card in the sidebar of the Incredible app.

What does my friend get?

Their first month of Pro for free: 30 days instead of the usual 7-day trial. They don’t need a card to start.

When do I get my free month?

After your friend’s first real payment. The month is credited 14 days after that payment goes through and comes off your next invoice. It is worth one month of your plan, but never more than what your friend paid, and a refunded payment earns nothing.

Is there a limit?

You can earn up to 12 free months. One invite link holds up to 25 friends on their free month at a time. A place opens again when one of them pays or leaves, and until then a new friend gets the usual 7-day trial.

What if my friend leaves before paying?

Then no month is credited. Your month comes from your friend’s first payment, so a free month that ends without one earns nothing.

Can I invite myself?

No. The free month is for people new to Incredible, so an invite only works on an account that has never had a subscription.
