Teach Incredible your Internal Processes

How do you teach Incredible?

Put Incredible into hands-free mode

Hands-free mode makes it easier to browse through several windows and explain as you go, without holding any keys down while you do it. To turn it on, press fn + Space on a Mac, or Ctrl + Alt + Space on Windows.

Show Incredible how it's done

Start explaining your process in detail by showing Incredible how you do it. You can open the conversation with a line like this, or your own version of it.

"Hey Incredible, I'm teaching you how I record a supplier invoice."

Leave hands-free mode

Turn hands-free mode off, and Incredible saves what you showed it as a saved task. You can edit the name or any details right there, or open Tasks in the app and edit it later.

Run it

Tell Incredible to run that task, or start it yourself from the app.
