What this task does

You run this task with Incredible to find missing receipts for one supplier in Gmail and match them to Pleo expenses. It downloads each matching PDF, attaches it to the correct transaction, and gives you updated Pleo errands plus a report of anything it could not complete.

The problem

Operations staff and finance analysts often search Gmail, compare amounts and dates, download receipt PDFs, and attach them in Pleo by hand. They must check each transaction and upload one PDF at a time.

How it works, step by step

    Install Incredible. Get the Incredible desktop app for Mac or Windows and drag it into your Applications folder. You only do this once.

  2. 2

    Press fn and say what you want. Hold the fn key and say it in your own words: “Find missing receipts for this supplier and attach them to the right Pleo”. Release the key, and Incredible gets to work.

  3. 3

    Incredible matches Gmail receipts to Pleo expenses. Incredible opens Pleo, reads one supplier's missing-receipt expenses, and searches Gmail for exact matches. It follows matching Uber links, uses Google sign-in when required, downloads the PDFs, and finds them in Finder for upload to Pleo.

    Matched receipt PDFs are attached in Pleo. Completed transaction cards disappear from Pleo's errands list. A final report shows completed items and any skipped or unsuccessful items with the reason.
