Learn Incredible: Team plans and seats

A team can have its own plan, and the team then pays for the people in it. The owner manages it in one place: open Settings, click Team, then Plan. Admins can see the plan there but can't change it.

Your own usage is somewhere else, under Settings, Usage. That page shows how much you've used and whose plan covers you.

A team without a plan

A new team doesn't have to pay for anything. Until the owner picks a plan, everyone in the team keeps using their own plan or trial, and sharing works the same.

To give the team a plan, the owner clicks Choose a plan on the Plan tab.

Seats

A team plan is paid per seat, and each person it covers uses one seat. You can start with one seat. The Plan tab shows how many are in use, for example 2 of 5 seats used.

When every seat is taken, a new teammate can still join, but the plan doesn't cover them yet. They see that under Settings, Usage, and the owner gets a notification. The owner adds a seat on the Plan tab, or right where they approve the person. Adding or removing seats mid-month is charged or credited for the days left, on the same card.

Turn your own plan into the team's plan

If you pay for Incredible yourself and create a team, your plan becomes the team's plan. There's no second checkout. You keep the same plan and card, and with one seat you pay the same as before. Add seats when your colleagues join.

If you're on a trial, or your plan is set to end, creating a team takes you to checkout to choose the team's plan.

Change the plan, the card or the invoices

On the Plan tab, the owner clicks Change plan to move the team to another plan, and Billing portal to update the card or download invoices. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Plans set up with us

Some teams pay by invoice on a plan set up with Incredible. The Plan tab then shows the plan, the seats and Invoice from Incredible. To change the plan or the number of seats, click Contact us.

Joining a team when you already pay

When you join a team whose plan covers you, Incredible asks whether to keep your own plan or end it. A trial ends right away. A paid plan stops renewing and runs until the end of what you've paid for. Nothing ends unless you choose it.

If you leave the team later, its plan stops covering you, and you can pick a plan of your own again.
