Does Incredible work with Infor LN even without an API?
Yes, because Incredible drives the LN or Baan client on screen the way a person does, so it works even on older Baan installs that predate Infor ION and modern web services.
Legacy Baan and early LN systems are known for deep 4GL customization and thin integration, and many were never given a usable API. Incredible reads the LN sessions and uses the keyboard and mouse, so it works with the system you run today. Newer Infor LN offers ION middleware and REST APIs, which are the more robust route for high-volume, unattended jobs, and Incredible can use those where they exist. For the everyday order entry and receiving a person does in LN, driving the screen is the honest answer.
How does Incredible keep Infor LN changes safe?
Incredible asks for your approval before anything that posts, receives, or releases in LN, and it never commits a change on its own.
You see the completed session before it saves. Lookups and reports run straight through; anything that changes LN waits for your confirmation. Every action is written to an audit trail, so you can see which order was entered or which receipt was posted, and when. Because it works through your own signed-in LN session, your existing authorizations still decide what is allowed.

No. There is no partnership, integration, or endorsement from Infor. Incredible is an independent assistant that works your existing Infor LN screens.
Does Incredible replace Infor LN?
No. Infor LN stays your system of record. Incredible automates the repetitive order entry, receiving, and reporting people do inside it.
Does this work with legacy Baan as well as Infor LN?
Yes. It drives the client on screen, from older Baan IV and Baan 5 systems through to current Infor LN. Because it works through the interface, it is not tied to one release.
Our LN is heavily customized in 4GL. Is that ok?
Yes. Incredible follows the steps of a task on whatever custom sessions you have. A recorded task keeps working when a screen changes because it learns the steps, not the pixels.
Do we need Infor ION or any connector?
No. There is nothing to deploy inside LN. Incredible runs as a desktop app next to the LN client and works through your normal signed-in session.
