Does Incredible work with Infor M3 even without an API?
Yes, because Incredible drives the M3 or Movex client on screen the way a person does, so it works even on older on-premise installs that were never fitted with current APIs.
Older Movex and M3 systems, some still on IBM i, often have thin or dated integration. Incredible reads the M3 panels and uses the keyboard and mouse, so it works with the system you run today. Newer Infor M3 CloudSuite exposes ION and REST APIs, which are the more robust route for high-volume, unattended jobs, and Incredible can use those where they exist. For the everyday order entry and stock lookups a person does in M3, driving the screen is the honest answer.
How does Incredible keep Infor M3 changes safe?
Incredible asks for your approval before anything that posts, receives, or releases in M3, and it never commits a change on its own.
You see the completed panel before it saves. Lookups and reports run straight through; anything that changes M3 waits for your confirmation. Every action is written to an audit trail, so you can see which order was entered or which receipt was posted, and when. Because it works through your own signed-in M3 session, your existing authorizations still decide what is allowed.

Does Incredible replace Infor M3?
No. Infor M3 stays your system of record. Incredible automates the repetitive order entry, receiving, and reporting people do inside it.
Does this work with Movex as well as Infor M3?
Yes. It drives the client on screen, from older Movex and Lawson M3 systems through to current Infor M3 CloudSuite. Because it works through the interface, it is not tied to one release.
Do we need Infor ION or any connector?
No. There is nothing to deploy inside M3. Incredible runs as a desktop app next to the M3 client and works through your normal signed-in session.
Our M3 is customized. Is that ok?
Yes. Incredible follows the steps of a task on whatever panels you have. A recorded task keeps working when a panel changes because it learns the steps, not the pixels.
Does it follow our M3 authorizations?
