We believe the way we use computers is broken. Decades of software have forced people to adapt to machines. We learn interfaces, memorize menus, and click through endless steps to get simple things done.

We think it should be the other way around. Your computer should understand you. And the most natural interface humans have is voice. Our vision is to make AI truly accessible for everyone. Not as a chatbot that gives advice, but as a capable assistant that gets things done.

Incredible is our answer to that vision. It is a voice-driven AI agent for the Mac. You talk, and your computer acts. It fills in forms, moves data between tools, and executes whole workflows across applications. We call it vibe computing: AI that acts, not just advises.

We are a nine-person startup based in Jönköping, Sweden. We just shipped a major launch and we are scaling fast.

The role

Some companies grow one customer at a time. The fastest ones also grow through others. That is your job.

As Head of Partnerships, you own partnerships as a growth channel. Your mission is to build the relationships that put Incredible in front of thousands of users at once: software vendors whose products we integrate with, resellers and consultancies who serve our target customers, communities and platforms where our users already are.

You will build this channel from zero. That means identifying which partnerships actually move the needle, opening the doors, negotiating the deals, and turning signed agreements into real, measurable user growth. A partnership that does not bring users is just a logo on a slide. You will be judged on the former, not the latter.

What you'll do

  • Define our partnership strategy: which types of partners, in which order, and why
  • Identify, approach, and close partnerships with software vendors, integrators, resellers, and communities
  • Turn agreements into activation: co-marketing, integrations, referral flows, and joint go-to-market
  • Build the playbook, then scale it as we grow
  • Work directly with the founders on the partnerships that shape the company

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience building partnerships or business development for a software product, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform ecosystems
  • A closer's instinct combined with a builder's patience: you can open doors and you can do the unglamorous follow-through
  • Commercial sharpness: you structure deals that create value for both sides and measurable growth for us
  • Fluency with AI tools as a natural part of how you work. That is how our whole company operates
  • Comfort with ambiguity. There is no playbook yet. You write it
