We believe the way we use computers is broken. Decades of software have forced people to adapt to machines. We learn interfaces, memorize menus, and click through endless steps to get simple things done.
We think it should be the other way around. Your computer should understand you. And the most natural interface humans have is voice. Our vision is to make AI truly accessible for everyone. Not as a chatbot that gives advice, but as a capable assistant that gets things done.
Incredible is our answer to that vision. It is a voice-driven AI agent for the Mac. You talk, and your computer acts. It fills in forms, moves data between tools, and executes whole workflows across applications. We call it vibe computing: AI that acts, not just advises.
We are a nine-person startup based in Jönköping, Sweden. We just shipped a major launch and we are scaling fast.
The role
The product works. Now the world needs to know it exists. That is your job.
As Head of Growth, you own the top of our customer journey: Awareness and Consideration. Your mission is to make sure the right people discover Incredible, understand what it can do for them, and move from "interesting" to "I need to try this." Everything from first impression to the moment someone signs up is your territory.
You will build this function from the ground up. That means choosing the channels, designing the experiments, setting up the measurement, and scaling what works. Content, social, communities, paid, SEO and AEO, launches, virality loops: you decide where we play and how we win. You will work closely with the founders and the product team, and your decisions will be backed by data, not opinions.
What you'll do
- Own Awareness and Consideration across the entire customer journey, from first touch to signup
- Build and run a repeatable growth engine: channels, content, campaigns, and experiments
- Define the metrics that matter, instrument them, and report on what is actually moving the needle
- Test fast, kill what does not work, and double down on what does
- Shape how the world hears about Incredible, together with our founders and team
What we're looking for
- Proven experience growing awareness and demand for a B2B or prosumer software product, ideally from an early stage
- Strong analytical instincts: you measure everything and let the data decide
- Hands-on builder mentality. You are not here to manage an agency, you are here to do the work and then scale it
- Fluency with AI tools as a natural part of how you work. That is how our whole company operates
- A sharp sense for positioning and storytelling in a new product category
