How it works, step by step

Run the workflow on demand and Incredible follows the same taught inbox routine in your signed-in Gmail and Outlook accounts. You can watch these steps happen on screen:

1. 1Find the oldest unanswered emails. Gmail and Outlook are checked to identify the five oldest messages that still need your reply.
