Incredible

AI for abas ERP

Incredible is a voice-first assistant for Mac and Windows that carries out the repetitive work people do inside abas ERP: entering orders, checking stock, releasing production, and running reports. You hold a key, say what you need, and it acts on your screen, asking for approval before anything changes.

In short

What you can say

Create a sales order for Müller GmbH: 40 units of the SK-200 housing, delivery week 32.

Incredible opens the sales order screen in abas, fills the customer, part, quantity, and delivery date, and pauses for you to confirm before saving.

What’s the available stock for part SK-200 across all warehouses?

It runs the stock infosystem and reads back the on-hand, reserved, and free quantities per warehouse.

Release the planned production order for order 4471 and print the shop paperwork.

It converts the planned order to a firm production order and sends the work documents to the printer, after you approve.

Raise a purchase order to Bosch for 500 M6 bolts at the last agreed price.

Incredible drafts the purchase order with the supplier, part, and quantity, and holds it for your review before it’s sent.

Show me the bill of materials for the SK-200 assembly.

It opens the BOM and reads the component list, quantities, and revision level.

Post a goods receipt for purchase order 8890, all lines received in full.

It records the receipt against the purchase order and updates stock, then shows you the confirmation.

List all open sales orders past their promised ship date.

It runs the overdue-orders view and reads back the customers, orders, and days late.

Export the invoice for order 4471 as an XRechnung file.

It generates the compliant e-invoice file and saves it where you asked.

How it works

  1. Hold the key and say what you need in plain words, like "post today’s goods receipts in abas." Incredible turns that into the steps to carry out.
  2. Where abas exposes an interface, Incredible can use it. Where it doesn’t, Incredible works the screen, keyboard, and mouse the same way a person on your team would.
  3. For tasks you repeat, record yourself doing it once while you talk through it. Incredible learns the steps, so a moved button or a new screen doesn’t break the recording.
  4. Before anything changes, Incredible shows you what it’s about to do and waits for your approval. Every action is kept in an audit trail you can review.

Can Incredible work with abas ERP even without a modern API?

Yes. abas has its own screen model and command-driven navigation, and many everyday tasks live on screens that were never wired up to an outside system. Incredible works those screens directly. It reads what is on the display and types into the fields the same way a member of your team does, so it does not depend on abas exposing an interface.

Where an abas interface or export does exist, that route is more robust for large data syncs, and Incredible can use it. The screen approach is the honest answer for the parts of abas that have no integration, which in a long-lived DACH manufacturing install is usually most of the day-to-day work.

How does it handle the repetitive data entry in abas?

You record the task once. With the key held, you walk through, for example, entering a batch of sales orders while you talk through what each step is for. Incredible learns the steps you took, not the pixel positions, so when abas moves a button or adds a screen in the next release, the recording still runs.

After that, you ask for the task by voice and Incredible repeats it. This suits the high-volume, low-variation work in abas: order entry, goods receipts, purchase orders, and the infosystem lookups people run many times a day.

Is it safe to let it act in our ERP?

Before anything that changes data, Incredible shows you exactly what it is about to do and waits for your approval. Nothing is posted, released, or sent without a yes from you. Every step is recorded in an audit trail you can review.

It runs under your own abas login and permissions, so it can only do what the signed-in user is already allowed to do. Your GoBD, DATEV, and e-invoicing setup is untouched; Incredible works within the abas you already have.

Questions, answered

Does Incredible replace abas ERP?

No. abas stays your system of record. Incredible automates the repetitive entry, lookups, and reports people do inside it, so the ERP keeps running as it is.

Is Incredible an official abas or Forterro product?

No. There is no partnership, integration, or endorsement from abas or Forterro. Incredible is an independent assistant that works your existing abas screens.

Will it still work after an abas upgrade?

Recorded tasks follow the steps you took, not fixed screen positions, so a moved field or a new screen generally does not break them. If something changes a lot, you re-record the task in a couple of minutes.

Which platforms does it run on?

Mac and Windows. The same voice control works across 3,000+ apps, so it is not limited to abas.

Does it use offline AI on my machine?

No. Incredible uses cloud AI models to understand what you ask. The action inside abas happens on your screen, and any change waits for your approval.

Do we need to know abas commands to use it?

No. You ask in plain words. Incredible maps that to the right abas screens and steps, so staff do not have to memorize commands or infosystem names.
