Incredible

Incredible vs Siri and Apple Intelligence

Apple Intelligence is excellent for quick, on-device tasks. The Siri that acts across your apps has been delayed and is still rolling out. Incredible does that work today, across 3,000+ apps.

The short version

For rewriting text, summarizing mail, and quick on-device help, Siri and Apple Intelligence are free, private, and already on your Mac. For getting real work done across your apps by voice, Incredible does that now, on Mac and Windows, with an approval before anything consequential.

Who each one is for

Choose Incredible if

  • You want an assistant that acts across all your apps, not just Apple’s.
  • You are on Windows, or a mix of Mac and Windows.
  • You want to hand over multi-step work and approve the result.

Choose Siri and Apple Intelligence if

  • You want free, private, built-in help with no setup.
  • You mostly need quick tasks: rewrite, summarize, translate.
  • You live entirely on Apple devices.

Apple Intelligence is free, private, and beautifully built into macOS, and features like Writing Tools and mail summaries are genuinely useful at no cost. For quick on-device help on Apple devices, it is a lovely fit. Incredible is for the cross-app work Siri still cannot do: acting across 3,000+ apps, on Mac and Windows, by voice, with your approval. The two sit happily side by side.

More that sets Incredible apart

Beyond the table, a few things Incredible is built to do.

Workflow recordings

Teach it a repeated task once. Turn on recording, do the task while you talk through it, and it learns the steps, not the pixels, so a moved button or a new screen does not break it. A favorite with the teams we work with.

It watches your apps

Ask it to keep an eye on things, and it tells you when something happens, like a PDF arriving from a specific customer, so you do not have to keep checking.

Remembers how you work

It picks up your preferences and the way you like things done, and gets more useful over time as it learns your work.

Skills it can use

It knows how to do common jobs out of the box, and picks up new skills as your team teaches it.

Easy for everyone

If you can say what you need, you can use it. No setup project and no scripting, built for the whole team, not just technical people or early adopters.

Questions, answered

Can Siri do things across my apps yet?

As of mid-2026, the version of Siri that reasons and acts across your apps has been delayed since 2024 and is rolling out through 2026, and it depends on each app adopting App Intents. Incredible already works across 3,000+ apps today.

Does Incredible run on Windows?

Yes. Incredible runs on both macOS and Windows. Siri and Apple Intelligence are limited to Apple devices, and the advanced Siri features need newer Apple-silicon Macs.
